This menu selection consists of a variety of International and Continental options, which include American, Asian, African, Caribbean, Cajun, Creole, Cuban, French, Italian, Indian, Jamaican/Haitian, Mediterranean, Mexican/Latin, Southern and West Indies cuisines, etc… If you would like to see specific cuisine menus, let us know and we can provide you with one or we can customize your menu.

We are committed to Fresh Seasonal Foods. Please look over the selections and consider each element to round out a dinner or buffet menu. *We recommend three to five hors d’oeuvres for your cocktail period. Price is based high-end cuisine and/or causal dining menus, how many selections, service and the specialty items you would like us to provide for your dining experience and event.
* Ask your Catering Coordinator for additional suggestions, special request items such as Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Kosher or any item you would like to see on your event menu. Spicy in "Spicy Charlie's" means flavorful! But if you and your guests like Spicy hot food, of course we do "Spicy" but only upon request unless they are specialty items that are made to be spicy hot.
